I'v heard bits and pieces of it here and there. I saw them on a morning show once. I imagine they're probably just getting caught up in the whirlwind of publicity...I'm actually more shocked that this journalist felt compelled to write the article. I mean, hello, this is 2007...isn't this de rigueur by now? The family's omnipresence in the media doesn't surprise me at all. They're giving the people what they want. No shit, it's probably not the best thing for the family. But, whatever. I find the outrage in this article rather lame, as it didn't give me insight into anything regarding this whole kidnapping thing. She might as well have given me this shpiel at the water cooler.
I just hope that boston can recover from this...
